Refunds

The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are in place to protect your rights. You have up to 14 days from the date you receive your order to cancel it.

Contact our S10HOME service team with your name and order number, and we can advise you on the next steps.

For further details on how to cancel your order and return an item to us, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, please see our return policy.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
