Production
Your sofa bed will be made-to-order by our artisan partners, based on the size, configuration and fabric you select at checkout.
Once production is complete, we will send you final photos of your sofa bed before dispatch, so you can see the finished piece before it leaves our workshop.
Production usually takes 6–9 weeks, depending on the model and selected configuration.
Shipping
We deliver biweekly, so it will take another 1-2 weeks to deliver the furniture. We will let you know one week in advance about shipment ETA.
White Glove Delivery
Your sofa bed will arrive carefully packaged to protect the upholstery, frame and individual components during transport.
A two-person delivery team will arrive during your scheduled delivery window and deliver your order to your door. Where applicable, separate parts or modules will be packaged individually for safe handling and easier delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. If you decide to return or exchange your item, we can arrange for our delivery partners to pick it up. You'll receive a full refund minus a €200 restocking fee and shipping costs.
If your piece arrives damaged, we'll repair or replace it at our own expense.
Cancellations made before dispatch are free of charge, but later cancellations are considered returns and will incur a restocking and shipping fee.
